Nexisify Shipping Policy Overview
At Nexisify, we’re pleased to offer shipping services to destinations worldwide.
We’re dedicated to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we provide free shipping on all orders over $39.99. For orders totaling less than $39.99, we charge a flat shipping rate of just $5.99.
Our team works efficiently to process your orders within 1–3 business days. Once processed, orders are promptly shipped via a trusted, fully trackable courier service.
We aim to deliver your Nexisify apparel to your door as quickly as we can. After your package ships, delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, though this may vary based on your location. Please keep in mind that public holidays could impact these delivery timelines.
While we do our best to stick to the shipping schedules outlined above, unforeseen delays may occur during transit. All stated shipping times are estimates only—we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-ordered/back-ordered items, we will ship the available products right away. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are restocked and available. If you receive only part of your order initially, the remaining items will be sent to you shortly after they become available.
Tracking Your Order
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and/or text message, if you provided a mobile number) containing your unique tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also track your package by visiting our Tracking Page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become visible—this delay is standard as carriers process and update shipment data.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We process and ship orders quickly, so we strongly recommend double-checking your address before finalizing your purchase. If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address after ordering, contact us immediately at support@nexisify.com to request a correction. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
