Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is gathered, utilized, and shared when you visit or purchase from Nexisify (referred to as the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you access the Site, we automatically gather specific details about your device. This includes information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Furthermore, as you navigate the Site, we collect data about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that directed you to the Site, and details about how you engage with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected data as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information through the following technologies:

1.“Cookies”: These are data files stored on your device or computer, often containing an anonymous unique identifier. For more details about cookies and how to disable them, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

2.“Log files”: These track activities on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

3.“Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels”: These are electronic files used to record information about your browsing behavior on the Site.

In addition, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase via the Site, we collect certain information from you. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We call this information “Order Information”.

When we mention “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We generally use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site. This includes processing your payment details, arranging for shipping, and sending you invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, we use this Order Information for the following purposes:

1.To communicate with you;

2.To screen our orders for potential risks or fraud;

3.When aligned with the preferences you have shared with us, to provide you with information or advertisements related to our products or services.

We use the Device Information we collect to assist in screening for potential risks and fraud (specifically your IP address). More broadly, we use this information to enhance and optimize our Site—for instance, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

CHANGES

SMS MARKETING

We utilize a text messaging platform, which is governed by the following terms and conditions. By opting in to our text marketing and notifications, you agree to abide by these terms. When you enter your phone number during checkout and complete a purchase, subscribe via our subscription form, or use a designated keyword, you consent to receiving text notifications (related to your order, including reminders for abandoned carts) and text-based marketing offers from us. You acknowledge that providing this consent is not a requirement for making any purchase.

Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform “SMSBump,” which is owned by “Yopto Inc.”—a company based in Tel Aviv.

This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When text messages are dispatched, your phone number will be shared with a text message operator to ensure delivery. If you wish to unsubscribe from text marketing messages and notifications, reply “STOP” to any mobile message we send you, or use the unsubscribe link included in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out (such as using different wording or making other requests) will not be considered valid. Standard message and data rates may apply. For questions, text “HELP” to the number from which you received our messages. You may also contact us directly for additional information. To opt out, please follow the procedures outlined above.

This website uses cookies to track items you add to your shopping cart—including instances where you abandon your cart. This information helps determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
